Description
The Link2Home Smart Doorbell enables you to answer your front door from anywhere. Get instant alerts when someone presses the doorbell button or the motion sensor is activated. It emits its own exterior audible tone and can be easily linked with the Link2Home Bell Chime (sold separately) for inside your home. Secure connection, the camera utilises 128-bit SSL encryption.
With full duplex, 2-way audio, you can hear and talk with your visitor using the Link2Home Pro app. It also streams in full HD (1080p) to your chosen device. Additionally, you can get a 145° wide-angle view of the area, zoom in, and enhance, you will be able to see every detail. This is the same day or night thanks to Night Vision LED sensors which let you view the whole scene at night. The CMOS sensor also provides better image clarity compared to CCD Sensors.
If your Smart Doorbell detects something irregular or regular, you can receive an activity alert on your smartphone with a snapshot of what happened. You can record video clips of activity using the inbuilt MicroSD card slot (memory card*) or cloud service**.
The casing is weatherproof (IP54 rated), so it will always keep monitoring, come rain or shine.
Compatible with Amazon Echo Show and Google Screen devices including Google Chromecast. Just ask your smart speaker to access your camera device by saying 'Alexa show me the front door' or 'Hey Google show me the front door on the living room TV'.
Quick and easy to set up. Simply install the mounting bracket, charge or plug in your bell, download the Link2Home Pro app and set it up from your Android or iOS device. No hub required. With no wires needed the bell can be placed anywhere around your front door or other areas. The mount can be fixed to wood or masonry using the screws provided. Using the Link2Home Pro app (Free) you can set up a range of Automation features including recording during specific times or bell to trigger another device.

The Link2Home Wireless Smart Battery Doorbell has its own built-in battery power supply that can last up to 3 months, based on 10 activations per day. The battery can be recharged via the USB charging cable with the option of a permanent power supply available.

Returns Policy
Can I return my goods?
Requests to return goods must be made within 7 days from the date of the delivery. Returned goods must be unused and in good working order, fit for re-sale. Items on a Sale or Return basis agreed with the sales team, must be requested to return within 10 working days from the date of the delivery note.
What if I need to cancel?
Any request to cancel an order/back order must be made in writing via email to sales@signetid.co.uk. If accepted, a confirmation email will be sent accepting the request. Non-catalogue items cannot be cancelled, under any circumstances. Goods to be shipped directly from manufacturer must be cancelled within 1 hour of ordering. Cancellations will not be accepted if the goods have already been despatched by the manufacturer. Signet Industrial Distribution Ltd will not accept any order cancellation due to the manufacturer extending the expected or promised date.
What if there are any discrepancies?
Any discrepancy with deliveries from Signet Industrial Distribution Ltd must be reported within 5 days from the receipt of goods. It is your responsibility to check the condition of your consignment whilst in the presence of the delivery driver and sign accordingly if the consignment is damaged. This also applies if the required delivery time is not met and the stated number of parcels are not present. Any claims cannot be accepted if the details are not made apparent on the consignment note
Help! I've made a mistake.
Customer order errors can only be cancelled/amended within 1 hour of the order being placed. Goods ordered incorrectly can only be returned within 5 days of receipt of the good(s). Signet Industrial Distribution Ltd reserve the right to review returns or cancellation trends or history with any individual customer. We may choose to review that customers pricing structure or credit items to reflect any excessive level of returns or cancellations. Signet Industrial Distribution Ltd may also choose to forbid any further returns or cancellations from any one customer, for any reason.
Do I need a Signet Industrial Distribution Ltd returns note?
Signet Industrial Distribution Ltd reserve the right to decline any returns, especially requests for the return of large quantity orders specifically ordered against your requirement. Goods are not to be returned without an authorised returns note complete with a Signet Industrial Distribution Ltd returns number. Any returned items must be accompanied by a Signet Industrial Distribution Ltd returns note, failure to include this makes the return void.
From 13 June 2014, the Consumer Contracts Regulations - which implement the European Consumer Rights Directive into UK law - apply to all purchases you make at a distance, for example online or over the phone. How quickly will I get my order?
We aim to ship all in-stock products within 24hrs, however do also sell products which are delivered directly from our trusted manufacturers. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If you are in urgent need and require faster delivery please speak to our sales team who may be able to arrange a faster service.
